Shabbat at CBE
Erev Shabbat Services begin at 7:00 p.m. every Friday night at CBE.
On almost all Shabbat mornings we have multiple worship options:
- At 9:30 a.m. we offer family services marked by participatory singing, instrumental accompaniment and community learning:
- Shir L’Shabbat for 0-3 year olds and their parents with songleader Debbie Brukman.
- Gan Shabbat for 4-7 year olds and their parents with our clergy and Rabbinic Interns.
- Yachad Shabbat for children, parents and family members of all ages with our clergy and Rabbinic Interns.
- Most Saturdays between September – July we have a Bar/Bat Mitzvah during the service.
- On many weeks we hold Shabbat services in our Chapel at 10:15 a.m. with our clergy.
- The Lay-led Minyan service on Saturdays begins at 10:30 a.m.
